He is currently the CEO of Datafiniti, a data acquisition company, and Unified, which serves organizations in the civic engagement space. He previously acted in an advisory role at PFP Industries, which served the oil & gas industry, where he helped guide the company to a successful exit. He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a MBA from Rice University.

Bradley LaFour
Director of Business DevelopmentBradley LaFour currently serves as Director of Business Development at PfP Ventures, bringing over 25 years of experience across upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors. Known for blending technical expertise with strategic sales leadership, Bradley has consistently driven growth and strengthened client relationships throughout his career.
A native of Port Arthur, TX, he has lived and worked in the greater Houston area his entire life. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Associate Degree in Instrumentation Technology from Lee College.
He began his career in the Olefins unit/lab at Equistar in LaPorte, TX, before moving to Borden Chemicals’ oil and gas division, where he transitioned from technical services and R&D into an account management role. In 2006, Bradley joined PfP Industries as Sales Manager, successfully driving business development until the company’s acquisition by SNF, Inc. He then transitioned to PfP Ventures upon its formation in February 2025, where he continues to lead growth initiatives and expand strategic partnerships.
